AND THE WINNER IS...!

There was no way I could pick a winner, especially when I know some of the ladies who submitted entries personally, so I decided to rope in an expert and someone who is completely unbiased, to make the decision.

I emailed Jane Means www.janemeans.co.uk, a gift wrap guru who I am hugely inspired by and asked her who she would choose.  I think it's a co-incidence that her Tip of the Week on her website happens to tie in with our winners gift but it's just fantastic that our local ladies are keeping on trend!

So who is Jane Means?

She is Britains Gift Wrapping Expert and is known as the 'Gift Wrap Guru' to many PR agencies, the media and well known companies, who have enlisted her help and expertise in the gift wrapping trade.

She also consults many companies and runs corporate courses for retailers and charities. Her portfolio includes services for Selfridges, House of Fraser, Lakeland, The Queen Elizabeth Foundation, Meadowhall, W.H.Smith, O2, Philips, Marks & Spencer, NSPCC and Claridges to name a few.

Other than the Gift Wrapping School, Jane Means has also provided a luxury gift wrapping service for Selfridges, Blackwell Books, Covent Garden Piazza, The White Company and at the Country Living Fairs amongst other events. She has also wrapped a gift for the Queen and personally gift wrapped for various celebrities (She won't disclose names!)
Jane travels nationwide running private courses in ones home and workplace, in addition to her own workshops based in Lincolnshire, Oxford and London. Jane is now a popular demonstrator to clubs, galleries and at national charity events, exhibitions and trade events (including Spring and Autumn Fair at the NEC)

She has been featured in The Mail, Express, Mirror, Independant, Yorkshire Post, Country Homes and Interiors, Weddings and Home, GQ, London Evening Standard, Junior Magazine, Easy Living, Journal and Country Living Magazine.

Her Couture Wrapping Shop in Covent Garden was also voted 'Shop of the Week' by the Times.

Jane is a regular with the BBC on radio and television and has judged the 'Gift Wrapper of the Year' final live on This Morning and The Richard and Judy show.
